Big step forward today! Without any scaffolding or other support material we managed to grow this structure of 170 x 170 x 400 mm! We started with s solid base of Mercedes sign and while growing started shaping hole-structures to let material solidify faster. It grows super fast!
We are thinking of improving drying system and trying to grow arcs in multidirectional way. Wait for new experiments!
Look what we managed to make today! It took us only 20 minutes for the left coloumn and 10 minutes for the right. And we didn’t use any scaffolding or support material!
Now we will continue growing in height and then we connecting the coloumns. Stay tuned!
Today we managed to make a stool out of sand using our nozzle! It took only 3 hours to spray and 1 hour to solidify. Also we realised how to tweak our nozzle to improve the quality even more.
